وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

The Book revealed from the Self-Praiseworthy is clear and transparent. Adhikr is more understandable to the illiterate than to the literate, especially in the case of the Arabic language, as explained in verses 62: 2–3. See explanation 18: 2–3; 36: 69; and 41: 44.
